Who we are
Inftech Studios ("Inftech," "we," "us," "our") operates inftechstudios.com (the "Site"). We're a Roblox game development and brand integration studio based in Miami, FL.
What we collect
Through the Site we collect only what we need to respond to inquiries and understand traffic:
- Contact form data. When you submit our contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. Form submissions are routed to our Netlify Forms inbox and our team's email.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic patterns and which pages perform. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies on your browser to measure visits and events. IP addresses are not stored in full (Google truncates them as part of GA4's data collection). We use this data in aggregate, not to identify you individually. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Server access logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) automatically logs IP, user-agent, and URL for each request, for security and operational purposes. These logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.
What we do with it
- Reply to your inquiry — that's the primary use of any contact form data.
- Improve the Site — aggregate analytics tell us what works and what doesn't.
- Keep the Site secure — server logs help us detect and respond to abuse.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it to train AI models.
Cookies
The Site uses first-party cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site usage (typically named _ga and _ga_*). These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising. The Site does not set third-party advertising cookies or share data with ad networks. If you visit from a jurisdiction that requires cookie consent (for example, the EU/EEA, UK, or California), and you would like us to honor a Do-Not-Track or opt-out signal, contact us at contact@inftechstudios.com.
Third parties
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy that applies when you interact with that service:
- Netlify — hosts the Site and processes contact form submissions.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces on the Site.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — aggregate site analytics. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@inftechstudios.com. We respond within a reasonable timeframe — generally within 30 days.
Children and our games on Roblox
Inftechstudios.com is a business website intended for brand partners, prospective clients, press, and adult collaborators. The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
Our games, including EVADE, Upshift, and Tower Blitz, are published on the Roblox platform. Roblox provides its own age-appropriate privacy and safety infrastructure for players, including parental controls and COPPA-compliant data handling for users under 13. Roblox's privacy policy at roblox.com/info/privacy governs personal information collected through the Roblox platform. Inftech does not directly collect or store personally identifiable information from players through our games.

Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure — we'll always do our best, but no warranty is implied.
Changes
If we update this policy, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be noted on the Site for a reasonable period.
