By accessing inftechstudios.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who we are
Inftech Studios ("Inftech," "we," "us," "our") is a Roblox game development and brand integration studio based in Miami, FL. The Site is informational — case studies of work we've done, services we offer, and a contact form to start a conversation.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-evaluation purposes. You may not:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law.
- Attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, mirror, or reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our written permission.

Case studies on the Site reference brands, properties, and trademarks owned by their respective owners (Netflix, Universal Pictures, Monstercat, RELICSxyz, and others). Those marks are used to describe work performed in collaboration with those parties, with permission where required.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
Contact form submissions
Information you submit through the contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy. By submitting the form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., Roblox game pages). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
