Evade is a survival-horror experience on Roblox, live since 2022 and one of the largest games on the platform. Its audience is 10 to 14. We joined it as developers after launch. The job was to keep a game that was already big growing, year after year.
That work is live-ops: the steady cadence of updates, events, and partner activations that keeps a game growing after launch. For 2+ years we ran that cadence inside Evade and led its partnerships and growth. During our tenure it was a top-25 Roblox experience with around 16M monthly players.
The partner programs ran inside it under our management, and each has its own page: Netflix Stranger Things, Universal M3GAN 2.0, and Monstercat. Inftech launched EVADE across South Korea's PC bang network in collaboration with Roblox Korea, NCSoft, and Roboost. Our work on Evade wrapped in 2026.
Live-ops is not one launch. It is a long run of smaller ones: content updates, seasonal events, balance passes, and partner activations, each shipped into a game players were already in. The work was to hold that rhythm for 2+ years without breaking what made Evade work.
A live game grows by showing up. We set a cadence for updates and events and held it: content planned ahead, balance checked after every release, and the rhythm kept steady so players always had a reason to come back. That discipline is what turned a launched game into a growing one.
We ran the brand-integration practice around Evade end to end: sourcing partners, structuring each program, clearing compliance for an audience of 10 to 14, and delivering the activation inside the game. Netflix, Universal, Monstercat, and the Korea program all ran through that practice under our management.
Our work on Evade wrapped in 2026. The practice carries forward: the live-ops discipline, the partnership playbook, and the team that ran both. That team now owns and operates Upshift, a Miami-themed open-world car game live on Roblox.
